Meet a team where every employee is an AI agent.

OneClickClaw, my own product built around AI agents, runs every day on a team of autonomous AI agents. Each one has a role, a department and its own channel in Slack. They write articles, share content across social media, look after the servers, sort the email and keep an eye on spending.

The founder sets the direction and approves everything that goes out. On this page you will see how such a company works, department by department, and how the same model is built for your business.

How a company of AI agents works

The whole company lives in one Slack workspace. Each department has its own channel, and the channel defines the role: a message in #socials reaches the Social Manager, a message in #it reaches the systems administrator.

Every agent has a job description, the tools of its trade and working hours. When a task needs another department, it hands the work over, the way a colleague would. The founder sees everything in one place and answers with a single message.

The departments of the team

These are the departments you see in the image, with the channels where each one works.

Newsroom

#ai-radar#articles

The editor-in-chief and the researchers scan every platform for the stories that stand out around OpenClaw and Hermes Agent, because that is the company’s field. The writer turns the day’s story into an article with its images and hands it to social media.

Social media

#socials#video

The Social Manager shares every article across the networks and answers the replies. The director makes short videos for reels and shorts. Every post waits for the founder’s approval.

Marketing

#marketing#seo#leads

The marketing director plans the campaigns together with the search specialist, who makes sure people searching on Google find the company. The lead hunter spots businesses that would benefit from the product.

IT

#it#dev#ops-alerts

The systems administrator looks after the customers’ servers and fixes whatever needs fixing. The engineer writes new code. The supervisor raises the alarm as soon as something needs attention.

Front desk

#mail

The sorter reads the inbox, files every email and drafts replies that wait for approval.

Finance

#budget

The treasurer checks every day what each tool costs and keeps the work within the budget.

Management

#general#brief

The assistant prepares the daily brief and gathers everything that needs the founder’s decision into one list.

A human makes the decisions

Everything that leaves the company waits for a yes: an article, a post, an email to a customer, anything that costs money. The agents do the work and the founder decides.

That keeps quality high and control in your hands. The team works at the pace of a company, and the founder spends their time on the decisions that matter.

What this means for your business

The same model is built around your own departments, the tools you already use and your own approval rules. An online shop gets a front desk for customer emails, a writer for product descriptions and a Social Manager for its posts. An office gets a secretary for appointments, documents and reminders.

We start with one department. Once it runs smoothly, we add the next.

How we build it together

  1. We map your company: which work repeats every day and who approves what.
  2. We design the team: roles, channels, tools, working hours and approval rules.
  3. We start with one department and run it with you for real.
  4. We add departments one at a time, with you always keeping the final word.
